SHIPPING RATES AND COSTS

All shipping is calculated through our shipping carriers, UPS and/or USPS.

SHIPPING METHODS AND DELIVERY TIMES

All of our item(s) ship through UPS and/or USPS. While most packages will arrive on-time, there may be circumstances that are out of our control, such as, but not limited to, natural disasters, holidays, weather, and any delays that our shipping carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time. If we are out of stock of a blank or material, this will cause a delay.

We provide an estimated time frame for all of our hoodies as a generalized ETA which can be found in the individual  products description section. This is an estimate and not a guarantee. If you have questions regarding a certain design, you can reach out to our Customer Care Team at customercare@thecarclubtx.com.

Please note- Reaching out to one of our Customer Care Team members will not and do not hold the design or size you are inquiring about. If the item and/or items sell out while you are waiting on a response from our Customer Care Team, it is unfortunately out of our control. All our hoodie drops are limited in quantity (designs and sizes we have available).

However, if you are waiting more than 10-15 business days, please reach out to our Customer Care Team with your order number to inquire about its status. You can reach one of our Customer Care Team members at customercare@thecarclubtx.com.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

At this time we do not ship outside the continental U.S. It is important to make sure your address is verified through our website and our shipping carrier. If your address comes up as unrecognizable, we will have a hard time tracking your order and therefore can not guarantee its delivery. 

If you are shipping to a P.O. Box, we can not/do not claim any lost or stolen item and/or items. Order(s) shipped using a P.O. Box can not be insured with our shipping carriers. If you are shipping to a P.O. Box you are acknowledging that we will not be held liable for any lost or stolen goods.

MISSING OR LOST PACKAGES

It is extremely important to make sure your shipping address is correct. If you mistype the address in which the item and/or items are being sent to, please immediately reach out to our Customer Care team or directly message us through the chat feature on our site to submit the correct address. We have a limited processing window of 30 minutes post order, before your order is submitted directly to our fulfillment center and no changes can be made.

If you input an incorrect or undeliverable address, or if your building refuses the item and it is mailed back, you have 3 days from the initial receipt of the order before our manufacturer donates the item and/or items to a local charity of their (manufactures) choosing.

There are NO REFUNDS for items that were returned as undeliverable. 

If you are shipping to a P.O. Box, we can not/do not claim any lost or stolen item and/or items, as order(s) shipped using a P.O. Box can not be insured with our shipping carriers. If you are shipping to a P.O. Box you are acknowledging that we will not be held liable for any lost or stolen goods.

If what is listed above does not pertain to you, and your tracking information is not loading or not accurately showing you detailed information, and/or your order is lost in transit, please reach out to our Customer Care Team so we can better assist you.
